Grape Variety: Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) 100 %
Vineyards: Less than 25 years old
Features: Early hand harvest to avoid excess of
polyphenols. Sorting table. Short 4 hours skin contact
maceration at 10º C. Fermentation at 15ºC using
indigenous yeasts from our vineyards.
Colour: An incredible pale rosé colour with blue touches.
Nose: delicate y suggestive with red fruits aromas
with some white fruit notes and floral touches give
this rosé a great personality and complexity.
Taste: silky and tempting, fresh swallow with very
nice volume, fruity and long after taste.
Serving temperature: 8-9 ºC.
Food pairing: perfect to pair with light meals like
salads and gazpacho, Asiatic dishes (sushi, dim sum,
Vietnamese rolls) Arab meals (couscous, mezze
humus), also great with tuna, anchovies, prawns,
risotto and pasta.
