Never would you have thought that by fermenting a selected grape of Tinta del País and observing its temperature, would you obtain such wine.
100% Tinta del País
Estate grown in Valladolid moors. Planted 19 years ago.
Manual harvest 10 days before normal harvest to obtain more aromas and less concentration of polyphenols. Direct press without maceration. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in cement vats. Aging on lees for a few weeks.
Attractive pale rosé color.
Delicately suggestive with red & white fruits’ aromas, peach and subtle floral notes.
Silky and tempting wine with a fruity & gourmand finish
Perfect for light meals such as salad and gazpacho, also with oriental dishes (sushi, dim sum, nems), world cuisine (couscous, mezzes, hummus). Also good with fish such as tuna, anchovies & seafood.
