70% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha , 15% Verdejo & Albillo.
From D.O. Cigales, vineyards planted between 10 and 40 years ago. From surrounding vineyards. Controlled.
Mostly mechanical night harvest. Fast reception of grapes to avoid skin contact maceration. The free-run must is obtained quickly to obtain the wonderful pale color. Everything is done in inert cold atmosphere to avoid any oxidation. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 15ºC.
Attractive pale rosé color.
