Protos Selección
That this wine is made with grapes from very old vines and that the grapes
themselves go through the sorting process are the reasons why this wine will
delight the most demanding palates.
Its fermentation is controlled so that the temperature varies from 28 to
30 ºC and it is macerated for 21 days with several daily over pumps
It is aged for 18 months in 80% French oak and 20% American oak barrel.
