Colour Deep cherry colour with garnet rim. Bright and intense.
Nose Intense, complex and elegant on the nose, a broad range of hints, black fruit like plumb and toasted and vanilla notes well integrated with tertiary aromas like toffee and liquorice.
Taste Persistence, concentration, roundness and balance reveal a high-end wine for long-term aging.
Serving temperature 16- 18ºC.
Food Pairing Roasted lamb, roasted pork, roasted beef, heavy stews, big game and matured and raw milk cheese.
