Grandes Vinos 1999-2014\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Marilena Bonilla, en\u00f3loga de <strong>Bodegas Protos<\/strong>, junto con un acompa\u00f1ante de excepci\u00f3n, <em>David Seijas<\/em>, sumiller de El Bulli Foundation, Nariz de Oro 2006 y Premio Nacional Extraordinario de Gastronom\u00eda al mejor Sumiller 2010, ser\u00e1n los encargados de dirigir la cata de los siguientes vinos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Protos Verdejo 2014<\/li>\n<li>Protos Verdejo Fermentado en barrica 2013<\/li>\n<li>Protos Gran Reserva 1999<\/li>\n<li>Protos Selecci\u00f3n 2001<\/li>\n<li>Protos Gran Reserva 2006<\/li>\n<li>Protos Selecci\u00f3n Finca El Grajo Viejo 2012<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El propio Seijas ha declarado \u201csentirse orgulloso por poder participar en esta cata\u201d de un \u201cicono no solo de la Ribera del Duero, sino de los grandes vinos de Espa\u00f1a\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Enofusi\u00f3n, la cita anual de los grandes vinos en Madrid Fusi\u00f3n, ha acogido catas y presentaciones de algunos de los mejores vinos del mundo. En esta edici\u00f3n no pod\u00edan faltar la presencia de <strong>Bodegas Protos<\/strong> y sus inconfundibles vinos apadrinados por una de las figuras m\u00e1s destacadas del mundo de la gastronom\u00eda y la enolog\u00eda, <em>David Seijas. <\/em>El evento se celebra en el Palacio Municipal de Congresos de Madrid los d\u00edas 2,3 y 4 de
