PROTOS has received this morning at their facilities to 26 students from the Culinary Institute of America, considered the greatest cooking school in the world based in Hyde Park, New York.
The group, which performs an educational trip to Spain by the hand of the International School of Cooking of Valladolid, has decided to enjoy a day of training at PROTOS facilities in order to learn by first hand a good wine.
During this visit , which has not missed the architectural culture, the 26 students had the opportunity to taste two of the top wines of PROTOS: The Verdejo 2010, DO Rueda, and Serie Privada Club de Vinos Protos 2003, a limited edition and only suitable for the most demanding palates.
Excellent wines that have conquered the palate of the future professionals of international cuisine.
