The Verdejo 2010 is the new vintage of white wine of Bodegas PROTOS , produced with modern technologies in the DO Rueda with Verdejo grapes from selected vineyards of more than 10 years old.
This year, the production has increased, with a harvest about 850,000 kg which produce 650,000 bottles of wine if high quality.
A delicate pale yellow color with greenish hues, PROTOS Verdejo 2010 is characterized as a very clean and bright wine.
The nose has an intense aroma, fresh and very powerful, with tropical and citrus notes on a subtle herbal background of fennel and fresh herbs. In the mouth it is fresh, enveloping and very tasty, which retains a moderate natural acidity gives liveliness.
This wine is round and full bodied, very well structured.
Slightly bitter aftertaste characteristic of the Verdejo variety, resulting in a wine that is persistent.
A white unsurpassed, perfect for pairing conpastas, vegetables, soft cheeses and all kinds of seafood.
Operating temperature is 6-7 º C.
