Provincial representatives of the Association of Sommeliers of Castilla y Leon were invited to hold its regular regional assembly in Bodegas Protos. The conclave revolved around the analysis of the activities developed during 2009-2010. The president of the assembly, who also is from the national association, Pablo Martin, said that "above all, we talked about one important thing that worries us, which is the formation ‘ . He stressed the importance of searching new targets, "young important people in the future of sommeliers”.
At present, the most significant event on the horizon of the association, and for which they are working now, is the national championship to be hold in San Sebastián in November.
