Protos launches his new rosé 2009. Protos Rosado is a revolutionary new concept in this segment as a result of raw material and manufacturing method. This is a wine made exclusively from grapes of the country, which has nothing to do in the classical concept of rosé, because its cold maceration for 15 hours removed all its aromas.
The 2009 vintage has also been exceptionally good. A winter with high temperatures and low rainfall combined with hot summer have caused a good ripeness and an early harvest that makes the Protos Rosado 2009 a truly exceptional wine.
Protos Rosado 2009 is characterized by an intense strawberry pink, lively, attractive and bright. The nose is intense, clean and fragrant, with particular emphasis on red fruit aromas (strawberry, cherry, raspberry). In the mouth it is fresh, tasty and balanced, very nice and an ending that leaves us very persistent fruit.
It is a perfect wine to serve with fish in sauce dishes, rice dishes, pasta, assorted vegetables and light meats. Its serving temperature is 8-9 º C.
