This is a wine made from grapes 100% of the country and all the care that a wine of this category deserves. The fermentation and maceration was carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 26 º C, thus obtaining maximum colour and structure from barrels of American and French oak for six months. The end result is an exceptional young wine which is characterized by its attractive colour, lively and bright.
As for his tasting notes, Protos Roble 2008 is red with a purple border denotes youth. This is a fresh wine, which keeps the shades of red fruit accompanied by a pleasant roasted. This wine is fresh in nose, with red fruit and nice toast. The palate is well structured, fruity, fresh and balanced.
